A Focus on Artisan Cheese

Cheese Man has been producing cheese ever since he realized that mammals produce milk. Centuries ago, in an attempt to save and preserve excess milk, someone invented, or discovered the concept of cheese. The focus of this article is the specialty cheeses that are made by hand in limited quantities. We call them Artisan cheeses.
