RR: You could have done it anywhere, and everything pointed to New York. You graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, and you were honing your skills in a variety of great restaurants in the top restaurant destination in the world. You easily could have competed on a much larger stage, but you chose Milwaukee, and apparently, you have never looked back.
