For Part III, I need to talk about contracts, for just about six years ago, there actually were no contracts. Sure there was something to sign but the signing was to establish what the sales representative said in the meeting. This is your discount rate, this is how much the equipment is, sign on the dotted line and you were on board with the provider. If the owner and provider did not get along for some reason or another, either party can cancel the services and with that became the end of the business relationship.
