An Interview with Emeril Lagasse by Phillip Silverstone
Emeril Lagasse is known as the energized chef on the Food Network cable station. A successful cookbook author, he also happens to be one of the country’s most exciting restaurateurs with two restaurants in New Orleans, and a third in Las Vegas. He’s come a long way from working at a bakery in a small Massachusetts town while studying music, to where he is today. We chatted recently while surrounded by hundreds of adoring fans (his, not mine).
