Tommy Klauber

Classically trained chef/owner Tommy Klauber is proof positive that great chefs can find peace, happiness and success anywhere and everywhere in America - big city or otherwise. With an unpredictable (global) menu inspired by his French background along with his travels in the Far East, he seamlessly combines American regional favorites, traditional Italian cuisine, along with Latin American and Caribbean influences. One food writer characterized it as "Coastal cuisine with a Pan-Asian twist."

The Klauber family is an important part of the hospitality scene in Sarasota.
